Job description

Business UnitWhat the Role EntailsKey Responsibilities
  1. Production Ecosystem & Partnership Development Source, develop, and close high-value strategic partnerships across key international markets, including North America and Europe, spanning leading filmmakers, writers, creative studios, post-production houses, VFX vendors, animation studios, and content production companies. Build and manage a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities across regions and content formats; own the full lifecycle from sourcing and pitching to contracting, execution, and long-term relationship management Design and execute scalable collaboration models, including co-productions, slate deals, creative service agreements, and white-label content partnerships to expand Onsolo's creator base and content supply Develop relationships with MCNs, creator agencies, and talent management firms to onboard creators at scale; collaborate with complementary AI tool partners to strengthen the ecosystem Drive adoption by ensuring signed creators and studios produce and publish content end-to-end on the Onsolo platform
  2. Content Strategy & Programming Shape and communicate the narrative of "Onsolo-native creation" — positioning Onsolo not just as a tool, but as a new paradigm for content production Own international content strategy by identifying culturally resonant stories across markets and translating insights into flagship collaborative programs (e.g., themed anthologies, creator challenges, 48-hour film competitions, cross-platform content festivals) Design program structures, evaluation criteria, incentive mechanisms, and go-to-market strategies to engage global creator communities and drive cultural impact Monitor global content trends (film festivals, streaming platforms, social platforms such as YouTube and TikTok, and emerging formats) and translate insights into platform-native creative directions, templates, and benchmark content Represent Onsolo at film festivals, markets, and industry events (e.g., Cannes Marché du Film, AFM, TIFF Industry Conference) to showcase Onsolo-native works and build industry recognition Develop or oversee production of behind-the-scenes content, creator features, and curated showcases to support platform growth and creator acquisition
Who We Look ForQualifications
  • Experience as a Producer, Director, or equivalent role in film, television, digital media, or AI-generated content platforms
  • Strong understanding of key international markets content culture and audience preferences
  • Established network across content creation ecosystems, including production, creator communities, or AIGC-related networks
  • Proven track record of producing or overseeing content that has reached meaningful scale (film festivals, streaming platforms, social platforms, or other distribution channels)
  • Ability to clearly articulate the impact of AI-driven tools on traditional content production workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Mandarin proficiency or experience working with Chinese companies is a plus
  • Comfortable working across time zones and in cross-cultural environments
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working at the intersection of technology and media
  • Familiarity with creator platforms, content marketplaces, or digital distribution ecosystems
  • Prior experience launching or managing large-scale creator programs or content initiatives

Pay & Benefits

The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $113,900.00 to $213,800.00 per year. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Employees hired for this position may be eligible for a sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Subject to the terms and conditions of the plans in effect, hired applicants are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits, and participation in the Company's 401(k) plan. The Employee is also eligible for up to 15 to 25 days of vacation per year (depending on the employee’s tenure), up to 13 days of holidays throughout the calendar year, and up to 10 days of paid sick leave per year. Your benefits may be adjusted to reflect your location, employment status, duration of employment with the company, and position level. Benefits may also be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
