We are currently seeking aMultifamily Asset Management Analyst/Senior Analystto join ourWashington,DC team. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing real estate private equity firm.

YOUR IMPACT:

As a Real Estate Financial Analyst/Senior Analyst, you will support our operational, strategic, and investment decisions by:

  • Working closely with multiple property management teams to implement and manage FCP's business plans
  • Reviewing and analyzing financial statements, rent rolls, and capital expenditure budgets
  • Researching and evaluating economic,demographicand real estate market data
  • Leading conference calls and on-site meetings with property management partners
  • Conducting property site inspections and market tours (travel may berequired)
  • Creating financial analyses, including operating budgets, cash flow projections, and investment return calculations
  • Creating memos for presentation to senior personnel
  • Coordinating/managing due diligence review and closing process for various transactions
  • Assistingwith arranging and closing debt financing
  • Presenting property performance to the entire firm quarterly

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree with excellent academic credentials, with preferenceformajors in Business, Finance,Economics,Real Estate or Property Management
  • 0to2yearsrelevant experience (including internships) working in real estate asset management
  • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strongproficiencywith Excel,PowerPointand Word. Python and SQL a plus
  • Motivated self-starter with effective time management skills and strong attention to detail
  • Great organizational skills and a desire to work within a fast-paced,collaborativeand entrepreneurial environment
  • Willingness to work inoffice5 days per week
  • Willingness to travel periodically to FCP properties outside the Washington, DC area
