Job Description

Rapidly growing service company in Morris County is seeking a Manager of External Reporting.  The qualified candidate will have experience with SEC reporting including preparation of 10-K's and 10-Q's, review and preparation of quarterly and year-end financial statements, and developing close and consolidation process/procedures.  Must have 5+ years of Big 4 experience, supervisory experience, BS degree in Accounting and CPA or MBA.
