Technical Skills:
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Understanding of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
• Proficiency with tools like JIRA and Confluence for documentation and tracking.
Core Functional Skills:
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to convey complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders across business, operations, and development teams.
