Primary Function:
The primary function of the Patient Experience Analyst is to support the design, build, configuration, testing, implementation, and optimization of the Patient Experience module. MyChart Bedside, Hello World SMS, Cheers - Campaigns, Cheers - Call Management, and Welcome Patient Kiosk. The analyst ensures these tools are tailored to meet the needs of patients and healthcare providers, facilitating seamless communication, efficient workflows, and improved patient interactions throughout their healthcare journey.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience working with Epic systems or similar EHR platform required.
  • High School diploma with 5 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of patient engagement strategies and best practices.
  • Epic MyChart Certification preferred

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Configure and optimize the Epic Patient Experience modules to align with organizational workflows and enhance patient engagement.
  • Customize MyChart Patient Experience Platform, MyChart Care Companion, and MyChart Bedside to meet the needs of patients and healthcare providers.
  • Implement and manage Hello World SMS for patient communication and engagement.
  • Develop and execute campaigns using Cheers - Campaigns to improve patient outreach and education.
  • Set up and maintain Cheers - Call Management to streamline patient communication and support.
  • Configure and support the Welcome Patient Kiosk to improve patient check-in processes and reduce wait times.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to understand their needs and translate them into system requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and training materials.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users, including healthcare providers and administrative staff, to ensure effective use of the Epic Patient Experience modules.
  • Provide go-live support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Offer ongoing support and maintenance for the Epic Patient Experience modules post-implementation.
  • Create and execute test scripts to validate system functionality and ensure accurate configuration.
  • Identify and resolve issues discovered during testing phases, including unit testing, integrated testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Annual Compensation Range $85,862.40 - $137,384.00
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
