Job Summary and Qualifications

The Manager Endo has the direct line responsibility for day-to-day operations and overall responsibility for the endoscopy suite. The Manager will ensure that employees have effective management, good communication and appropriate discipline. Other duties include being responsible on a 24-hour basis for the coordination of patient care, administrative and nursing activities as well as the quality of care provided, and the implementation and evaluation of all nursing care and related activities. What qualifications you will need:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; BSN preferred
  • Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state of practice and/or active compact license, in accordance with laws and regulation required
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS required
  • 2+ years of experience in endoscopy nursing required; 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience required
