Encore Digital Controllership Senior Consultant
Help finance leaders modernize the controllership function and strengthen how finance supports the business. As an Encore Digital Controllership Senior Consultant in Deloitte's Finance Transformation practice, you will work with CFOs, controllers, and finance executives to address accounting, data, process, and technology challenges. You will help clients implement digital finance solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and support business performance.

As a Senior Consultant on the Controllership and Treasury Transformation team, you will be responsible for helping clients improve finance operations through process, data, and technology transformation.
- Support client engagements focused on controllership, finance transformation, and digital finance modernization
- Gather requirements, map business processes, and support solution design, testing, and deployment
- Implement or optimize finance platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Workiva, and BlackLine

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Actuarial Science
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, controllership, financial planning and analysis, or cost accounting
- 3+ years of experience with requirements gathering, business process mapping, or full life cycle implementation for enterprise resource planning systems, finance platforms, or boundary applications
- Experience with one or more of the following: SAP, SAP Performance and Profitability Management, SAP Profitability and Cost Management, Oracle, Oracle Profitability and Cost Management, CostPerform, Workday, Workiva, BlackLine, Alteryx, Microsoft SQL Server, Tableau, or Power BI
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
