Job description

Echocardiography Technologist-PRN

Competent in performance of echocardiography and echocardiography stress studies. Must be patient and patient safety focused. Will be responsible for the overall operations of the echocardiography lab with support of the Radiology Manager. BLS is required. Licensed or License eligible at an RCDS or RVT.

A minimum of 2 years experience in a cardiovascular echo lab preferred.

Required Experience:

Graduate of an accredited school of Ultrasound Technologist or Diagnostic Medical Sonographer program.

2 Years experience in an Echocardiography Lab preferred.

Registered or registry eligible as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS), or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)

BLS required

Skilled in starting IV's and injection of contrast
