Copag USA is seeking a highly organized, creative, and customer-focused Ecommerce & Marketing Coordinator to support our wholesale operations, social media presence, and key partnerships—including our sponsorship with the World Series of Poker (WSOP). The ideal candidate is detailoriented, proactive, and comfortable working across operations, marketing, and customer service functions.

The eCommerce & Customer Support Assistant: will be responsible for Ecommerce Support, Social Media Management & Content Creation, Marketing & Communications, Customer Service & Partnership Support, etc.

What you’ll do as a Ecommerce & Customer Support Assistant:


Ecommerce Support

• Support the Ecommerce Manager with day-to-day ecommerce operations.

• Monitor Amazon FBA inventory levels and replenishment needs.

• Prepare and analyze ecommerce sales, inventory, and performance reports.

• Assist with product launches, pricing updates, promotions, and merchandising initiatives.

• Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to improve marketplace performance.

Email Marketing & Customer Communications

• Create, schedule, and deploy email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp.

• Assist with email list management, segmentation, customer journeys, and automation workflows.

• Develop promotional, product launch, and customer retention email campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue attribution.

• Perform A/B testing and provide recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Maintain the email marketing calendar and coordinate campaign execution with sales and marketing initiatives.

• Support customer communication efforts related to promotions, product announcements, and company updates.

Customer Service & Partnership Support

• Respond to inquiries from customers, partners, and business prospects via email and ecommerce platforms.

• Assist with outreach to potential collaborators, affiliate partners, and wholesale accounts.

• Provide exceptional service by resolving product, order, and account-related inquiries.

• Escalate complex customer issues as needed and ensure timely follow-up.

Wholesale Customer Support & Order Processing

• Create and manage wholesale sales orders in QuickBooks, including generating pick lists for warehouse fulfillment.

• Maintain accurate wholesale customer records, pricing structures, and order histories.

• Assist B2B customers with product information, order tracking, invoicing, and account support.

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

• Prepare reports related to wholesale sales performance and customer activity.

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist with maintaining marketing assets, product content, and promotional materials.

• Support basic updates to website content and ecommerce merchandising.

• Coordinate marketing projects and timelines across internal and external stakeholders.

• Support social media scheduling and monitoring as needed.

We’re looking for a Ecommerce & Customer Support Assistant:

  • Required

    • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.

    • 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce, customer service, marketing support, account coordination, or a related field.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic reporting.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

    • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-service mindset.

    Preferred

    • Bachelor's degree.

    • Experience working with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or other ecommerce platforms.
