Job description

Responsible for sorting donated goods to identify valuable or sellable items for e-commerce. Requires strong independent work ethic, the ability to lift heavy items, attention to detail, and sound judgment. Works closely with the listing team to ensure quality items are staged appropriately. Operates a forklift daily and follows safety and reporting protocols. Supports the efficient flow of products through the sorting process.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly.
  • Forklift operation required; training provided.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Basic computer or mobile device skills helpful for tracking/reporting.
  • Knowledge of collectibles, vintage goods, or resale value trends is a plus.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation within the facility and community.
  • Applicant must be physically and mentally able to perform all requirements of the job.
  • Must be physically and mentally able to perform all job duties.
