Relevant directement de l'un de nos Associes en investissement, le ou la Directeur(trice) general(e) sera responsable de la gestion et de la croissance des entreprises sous sa responsabilite, avec une pleine autonomie et une responsabilite complete quant a la performance des activites.

Strategie d'affaires et operations

  • Mettre en uvre notre modele operationnel fonde sur quatre piliers : la strategie et le positionnement de l'entreprise, l'excellence operationnelle, la croissance, ainsi que la strategie produit et technologique.
  • Identifier, definir et executer les strategies necessaires pour atteindre les plans de croissance et les objectifs operationnels, avec un accent sur l'amelioration continue.
  • Ameliorer l'efficacite operationnelle, l'excellence et la capacite de mise a l'echelle de votre portefeuille d'entreprises afin d'optimiser la performance et de maximiser la rentabilite.
  • Stimuler la croissance des revenus en identifiant et en soutenant de nouvelles opportunites et strategies de croissance, incluant la vente croisee et l'entree sur de nouveaux marches.
  • Piloter les initiatives et resoudre les enjeux lies aux ventes, a la reussite client ainsi qu'a la recherche et developpement au sein de votre portefeuille d'entreprises.
  • Prioriser la satisfaction et la fidelisation de la clientele en assurant des solutions solides, une prestation de services de qualite et un soutien client efficace au sein des societes de votre portefeuille.
  • Veiller a ce que les entreprises de votre portefeuille disposent de feuilles de route produits claires et bien executees, en equilibrant les investissements en recherche et developpement et la maintenance afin de maximiser l'acquisition de nouveaux clients tout en conservant les clients existants.
  • Superviser l'elaboration et la mise en uvre de strategies produits completes, alignees sur les tendances du marche et les objectifs d'affaires des entreprises de votre portefeuille.

Gestion financiere

  • Assumer la responsabilite complete du P&L et se concentrer sur l'atteinte des principaux indicateurs financiers tels que les revenus, le ROI, l'EBITDA, la retention client, etc.
  • Gerer l'allocation du capital et assurer une gestion financiere efficace des entreprises de votre portefeuille, sur une base mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle.

Gestion et developpement des equipes

  • Batir, encadrer et diriger des equipes hautement performantes au sein des entreprises de votre portefeuille.
  • Developper une culture d'excellence operationnelle, l'amelioration continue, la collaboration et l'innovation.
  • Fournir une orientation claire et motiver les equipes a atteindre des jalons cles et a livrer des resultats mesurables.

Profil du candidat ou de la candidate

Experience

  • Plus de 6 ans d'experience en conseil en management et/ou au sein d'une entreprise technologique ou de logiciels.
  • Baccalaureat en administration, finance, ingenierie, economie ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Maitrise en administration des affaires (MBA) (un atout important).
  • Experience pertinente a titre de leader des operations d'affaires avec une approche commerciale, centree sur le client et axee sur l'amelioration continue.
  • Experience dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants : ventes (acquisition de clients, penetration de marche), service a la clientele (support et services professionnels), developpement de produits (recherche et developpement) (un atout).
