Account Manager

We are a growing technology company operating at the intersection of e-commerce, consumer trust, and SaaS. Our platform helps brands and businesses manage and leverage product ratings and reviews, ensuring valuable customer feedback can be effectively utilized across the digital commerce ecosystem.

As the business continues to grow, we are looking for sharp, energetic professionals who can take ownership of important client relationships and contribute to building a world-class customer experience.

We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Account Manager to take ownership of relationships with our existing client accounts. This is not a sales or business development role. Instead, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients already using our SaaS platform, helping ensure they receive exceptional service, understand the value of the platform, and have a trusted partner within our organization.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a self-starter, and someone who does not require constant direction or oversight. You should be comfortable managing multiple relationships, identifying issues before they become problems, and taking initiative to move things forward independently.

We are looking for someone sharp, polished, energetic, and highly accountablesomeone who takes ownership of their work and can be trusted to manage their responsibilities without being micromanaged.

This is an in-office position based in Montreal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing client accounts.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and develop a deep understanding of their business and needs.
  • Manage ongoing client communication through calls, meetings, and other channels.
  • Help clients maximize the value they receive from the company's SaaS platform and product ratings solution.
  • Address client questions, concerns, and requests while coordinating internally when additional support is required.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the client experience and strengthen account relationships.
  • Monitor account activity and engagement to ensure clients remain supported and successful.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure client needs are addressed efficiently.
  • Take ownership of problems and follow them through to resolution.
  • Manage multiple accounts and priorities while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
  • Identify potential risks within client relationships and proactively work to maintain strong account health.
  • Contribute ideas and feedback to improve internal processes, client communication, and the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Native or exceptionally strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services, Relationship Management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience working with a SaaS, technology, e-commerce, or digital platform business is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently manage professional client conversations.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • A sharp, resourceful problem-solver who can think critically and find solutions without relying on constant direction.
  • High level of accountability and ownership.
