eCommerce Associate

Location: East Cleveland Warehouse

Shift: Full-time Monday-Friday, day shift

About the Role

As an eCommerce Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in our online retail operation by identifying, listing, selling, and shipping collectibles and valuable items. This position supports Goodwill's mission to empower individuals through job skills training and employment services by maximizing the value of donated goods.

This position requires a work schedule of Monday - Friday, day shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Curate, photograph, and list collectibles and valuable items for online sales platforms.
  • Accurately describe items, ensuring compelling and precise product listings.
  • Manage order fulfillment, including packing and shipping items with care and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce team to meet sales and productivity goals.
  • Maintain an organized, efficient workspace in a warehouse setting.
  • Uphold Goodwill's high standards for customer service and donor appreciation.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to frequently stand, reach, handle, and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
    • May involve bending, squatting, pushing/pulling up to 25 lbs., and reaching shoulder height.
  • Work Environment: Warehouse.
