* Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years of full stack .NET software development experience. 4 additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
* Strong proficiency with ASP.NET / .NET (C#), RESTful APIs, and MVC design patterns.
* Experience with SQL Server development, including stored procedures, views, performance tuning, and data integration.
* Hands-on experience modifying existing .NET codebases and integrating external libraries, components, or APIs.
* Strong understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
* Proven experience with SDLC processes, including planning, requirements, development, testing, and QA.
* Excellent analytical, debugging, communication, and problem-solving skills. Nice to Have Skills * Experience participating in architecture sessions and working under lead software architects.
* Familiarity with resource estimation, technical milestone reviews, and development best practices.
* Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge transfer and team improvement.
* Experience with modern .NET Core, containerization, or CI/CD tools (GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps). The targeted base salary range for this role is $117,000-$177,000 per year.
