Job Description:
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET developer and drive the successful execution of projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in software development with a deep expertise in .NET technologies, Azure, and SQL Server. Strong skills to work as an individual contributor.
Key Responsibilities:

  • As Independent .NET developer, ensuring high standards of coding, performance, and best practices in software development.
  • Oversee the design, development, and implementation of complex .NET applications and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional to understand business requirements.
  • Manage the full software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and maintenance, within the Azure cloud environment.
  • Optimize and ensure the scalability of applications leveraging Azure services and SQL Server.
  • Drive continuous improvement by researching and implementing new technologies and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions align with business goals and requirements.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
  • Manage timelines, priorities, and resources effectively to meet project deadlines and goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and ensure system performance and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET, Azure, and SQL Server.
  • Professional experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring development teams.
  • Extensive experience with Azure Cloud Services (e.g., Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, etc.) and developing cloud-native applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server and expertise in database design, optimization, and performance tuning.
  • Expertise in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, Entity Framework, and other .NET technologies.
  • Expertise in any UI Framework Angular or React Js and Kendo Telerik controls.
  • Familiarity with architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architectures).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with modern front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React) and RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with airline industry-specific technologies and regulatory compliance.
  • Preferred Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
