Job Description:
Job Title: ASSOCIATE CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Associate Creative Directors must demonstrate strong conceptual thinking and the ability to develop big, breakthrough ideas across all mediums. They must have an in-depth knowledge in their area of expertise as well as take responsibility and set standards for the overall quality of the creative product.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Develop creative concepts with ACD Art Director/Copywriter partner.
Own the creative work on assigned brands.
Manage the creative development process as it relates to projects and supervise creative teams on projects as needed.
Implement strategy and direction and provides art direction/copy expertise.
Ensure the quality and implementation of all work.
Participates in client presentations.
Work on creative assignments within or outside of creative group.
Participate in New Business efforts as needed.
Work with the Creative Manager to select and assign resources as necessary.
Professionally represent the agency in interaction with clients, staff, outside vendors and other contacts.
Report to senior creative leadership.
Qualifications
Evidence of creative ability/talent (e.g. book of work).
5-10+ years of experience.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in commerce creative with an understanding of the techniques and strategies that major retail partners like Walmart, Target, Amazon, etc. employ to engage shoppers.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent management skills and strong leadership potential
Expert in MAC software and Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop
and Illustrator.$185,000.00
