The Golf Course Grounds Crew Member plays an essential role in maintaining the pristine condition of the golf course by performing a variety of landscaping and maintenance tasks. This position requires teamwork and dedication to ensure the grounds are safe, attractive, and enjoyable for all visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine turf maintenance including mowing, aerating, and fertilizing
  • Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently
  • Manage irrigation systems to optimize water distribution
  • Remove waste and debris to keep the grounds clean
  • Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment
  • Conduct regular grounds inspections to identify maintenance needs
