The Opportunity: As a Golf Shop Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our members and guests. Duties and Functions:

  • Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional demeanor.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the golf shop, ensuring merchandise displays are visually appealing and well-stocked.
  • Provide information about the country club's golf services, tee times, and upcoming events.
  • Answer phone inquiries, schedule tee times, and manage reservations.
  • Coordinate and manage golf club rentals for customers.
  • Assist in managing inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and replenishing items as needed.
  • Collaborate with the golf events team to support the coordination of tournaments and outings.
  • Stay informed about the latest golf equipment, fashion trends, and industry developments.
  • Uphold and promote the club's policies, rules, and regulations among members and guests.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualification Standards:
