As a highly skilled and enthusiastic team member, you will assist customers with their product needs, provide expert advice on equipment selection, and ensure they have a great experience at our store.

Our goal is to provide exceptional service to every customer every day. Each employee is expected to serve any customer they encounter by assisting them or finding them the help they need. 


Summary: 

Manages in-store Disc Golf and Pickleball activities by performing the following duties: 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Greet customers, answer questions and provide product information.

Recommend products and help customers find what they need.

Check out customers, processing payments and refunds.

Maintains in-store product displays, front and organize discs and other products.

Reset displays as directed by Lead Disc Golf Associate to make room for new products or layouts.

Accurately and timely picks, packs and ships online orders.

Facilitate Buy Online, Pick-up In-store orders.

Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance.

Additional Responsibilities:

May assist in creating copy or content for products posted to various websites and platforms.

May assist in creating content for social media posts

May assist in running and/or vending off-site events

Assist in maintaining accurate inventory and performs inventory counts.

Assist in providing customer service to online customers

Requirements:

  • 10-20 hours weekly (more during the busy Spring/Summer season and during events)
