What you'll do:
  • Identify new sales opportunities with new and existing customers for assigned products.
  • Improve profitability, product penetration, product mix, and inventory turn with all customers for assigned products.
  • Ensure effective product performance and promote good customer and supplier relations.
  • Assist all customers with sales and technical support for assigned products. Also, resolving all customer service issues related to assigned products.
  • Communicate value proposition to customers. Propose sales solutions to customers and reevaluate solutions.
  • Promote existing products, as well as present new product opportunities to drive sales and profits.
  • Develop and build relationships with internal business units including branches, replenishment/supply chain team, product management, and Branch Sales and Operations teams.
  • Establish strong relationships with clients that will provide opportunities to grow sales and solidify QXOโ€™s partnership for long-term profitability.
  • Analyze and monitor sales and profitability; collaborate with sales and pricing teams to develop sales solutions and competitive pricing strategies for assigned products that balance the value delivered to customers in and market conditions to maximize revenue
  • Collaborate with sales teams to enhance product/solution conversion rates, capitalize on crossโ€‘selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Partner with sales, category management, sales enablement, and marketing to ensure that revenue strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct continuous market research to keep abreast of trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities that may influence revenue.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights to tailor strategies that boost satisfaction, retention, and engagement, while also driving the development of new products and solutions.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks to inventory or revenue targets, crafting effective mitigation strategies.
  • Drive ongoing enhancements in revenue generation practices to ensure sustained growth.
  • Clearly articulate revenue strategies, goals, and outcomes to key stakeholders within the organization, ensuring transparency and alignment
What you'll bring:
  • 4+ yearsโ€™ experience with a bachelorโ€™s degree - equivalent industry experience preferred.
