Salary: $65,000 Base + Quarterly Bonus

Our client, a growing food ingredient manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations and drive production performance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the production floor, developing teams, and improving processes.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily production operations including batching, blending, packaging, and scheduling
- Lead, train, and develop production employees
- Ensure compliance with GMPs, SQF standards, food safety requirements, and SOPs
- Coordinate production schedules with inventory and customer demand
- Partner with Quality, Operations, and Procurement teams
- Maintain production records and batch documentation
- Identify process improvements and eliminate production bottlenecks
- Build accountability, structure, and consistency within the production team
Qualifications
- 5+ years of food, beverage, supplement, or ingredient manufacturing experience
- 2+ years of leadership experience as a Production Manager, Supervisor, or Lead
- Strong knowledge of GMPs, SQF, and food safety requirements
- Experience developing, implementing, or improving SOPs
- Hands-on leadership style with strong communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Dry blending, powders, or ingredient manufacturing
- Nutraceutical, coffee, beverage, or contract manufacturing
- ERP or inventory management systems
- Fast-paced manufacturing environments
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $65,000 per year
- Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to $3,000 per quarter
- Total Annual Earning Potential: Up to $77,000
