Job description

Job Summary:
1872 Consulting is seeking a Digital Library Technology Analyst who will participate in the Library and Research Service's projects from conception to implementation and support. The role involves working with team members and vendors to find technical solutions for research and data management, as well as providing technical support when needed.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in project management efforts.
• Participate in the implementation and management of SharePoint web sites.
• Contribute to database of current online resources with descriptions and access information.
• Configure and troubleshoot access to new and existing electronic resources, including managing IP authentication, SSO, individual user accounts, and other access methods.
• Maintain and update Research Monitor to track resource usage.
• Act as a liaison between IT and the LRS department by tracking ongoing projects and technology issues.
• Participate in the ongoing assessment and enhancement of library automation and technology.
• Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience working as a Digital Librarian, or similar role
• Experience working with legal digital resources including Lexis, Westlaw, and Bloomberg Law.
Preferred:
• Degree in Library Sciences
• Experience within the legal industry
• Technical experience, with programming languages such as SQL
