A Brief Overview
The Digital Marketing & Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing Voyant Beauty's digital marketing and communications strategy to strengthen brand awareness, support new customer acquisition, and drive business growth. This role leads the company's digital presence through website management, content strategy, social media, demand generation, and corporate communications while partnering closely with Sales, Innovation, R&D, Human Resources, Operations, and Executive Leadership. The position also manages external marketing vendors and ensures consistent messaging across all digital and communication channels.
What you will do

  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that support lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), customer acquisition, innovation launches, trade shows, and strategic business growth. Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize engagement, lead conversion, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Own the corporate website strategy, content, performance, and optimization roadmap. Manage website vendors, improve user experience, SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), monitor website analytics, and ensure website content accurately reflects Voyant Beauty's capabilities, value proposition, and strategic positioning.
  • Develop and execute the annual content strategy and editorial calendar. Create engaging marketing content including articles, case studies, trend reports, executive thought leadership, customer presentations, and innovation storytelling materials. Partner with internal subject matter experts to translate technical information into compelling commercial content.
  • Lead LinkedIn and corporate social media strategies to increase brand awareness, executive visibility, and market engagement. Develop content calendars, promote company capabilities and innovation, publish content, and analyze social media performance metrics.
  • Support corporate and executive communications by developing internal and external communications, company announcements, and organizational messaging while maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels.
  • Support trade shows and marketing events, develop sales enablement materials and marketing collateral, manage digital asset libraries, coordinate external agencies and freelancers, maintain brand governance standards, stay current on emerging digital marketing technologies and best practices, and support future CRM and marketing technology initiatives.


Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field. (Required)


Experience Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, communications, demand generation, content marketing, or related disciplines. (Required)
  • 4-6 years managing corporate websites and content management systems (CMS). (Required)
  • 4-6 years developing and executing B2B digital marketing campaigns (Required)
  • 4-6 years within the beauty, personal care, consumer packaged goods (CPG), manufacturing, or contract manufacturing industries. (Preferred)
  • 4-6 years supporting sales organizations through lead generation and marketing initiatives. (Preferred)
  • 4-6 years with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems. (Preferred)
  • 4-6 years managing external agencies, digital vendors, and account-based marketing (ABM) programs. (Preferred)
