About the Role

·      The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a key member of WilmerHale’s Digital Marketing team, supporting a wide range of digital marketing initiatives. Working closely with colleagues across the Clients & Markets and Communications teams, this role assists with email marketing campaigns, website content management, social media promotion, analytics reporting, CRM administration and digital best practices. The coordinator also collaborates with external vendors and helps maintain training resources and documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional to build hands-on experience across multiple areas of digital marketing within a collaborative, fast-paced professional services environment.

What You Will Be Doing

·       Creates and manages email marketing campaigns.

·       Regularly updates website content and manages advanced web-related tasks.

·       Serves as a member of the client alert and blog teams.

·       Works with website vendor to log reported issues, enhancement requests, and monitor ticket status.

·       Performs website audits.

·       Assists in preparation of web and social media analytics reports.

·       Supports social media promotion for various firm platforms.

·       Manages Digital Marketing team user manuals, reference guides, and other documentation ensuring they meet requirements, are user-friendly and current.


Required Experience

What You Will Bring to This Position

·       Experience with content management, email marketing, and client relationship management systems, and comfort with learning new technology platforms required.

·       Highly organized, detail oriented and able to coordinate complex content development and approval process required.

·       Superior oral and written communications skills required.

·       Strong multitasking and project management skills and demonstrated abilities to handle multiple projects at a time and tight deadlines required.

·       Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team required.

Education:

·       BA/BS required.

Experience:

·       1 + year of experience as a digital marketing professional required.

·       Experience working in a professional services role preferred, legal experience a plus.
