JOB SUMMARY:

The Digital Shelf Content Specialist role is responsible for supporting the creation, management, syndication, and maintenance of digital shelf content across Prestigeโ€™s retailer.com sites, including Amazon and Omnichannel retail partners. This role will support catalog management, retailer requirement tracking, ticket management, ratings and reviews monitoring, and ongoing content optimization efforts to help ensure product detail pages are accurate, complete, compliant, and aligned with brand and retailer standards. The position will work closely with the Senior eComm Manager, Sales, Marketing, agency partners, retailer support teams, and digital shelf platform partners, with a strong focus on syndication.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES/ACTIVIES: Content Syndication and Catalog Management
  • Support content syndication across applicable retailers, with primary hands-on use of Syndigo and Salsify.
  • Assist with catalog management activities, including product setup, item maintenance, content updates, asset organization, and data accuracy.
  • Track content readiness, syndication status, catalog issues, and retailer-specific requirements using shared trackers and documentation.
  • Coordinate approved content and digital assets for publication to retailer product detail pages.
  • Troubleshoot basic syndication or catalog issues and elevate complex issues to the Senior eComm Manager, platform partners, or retailer support teams as needed.
  • Monitor compliance report score cards to make sure all approved content stays live.
Retailer Requirements and Ticket Management
  • Monitor retailer requirements, content specifications, and submission guidelines to help ensure content meets retailerโ€™s expectations.
  • Submit, track, and follow up on retailer, platform, or vendor tickets related to content, catalog, syndication, and digital shelf issues.
Ratings and Reviews Management
  • Monitor ratings and reviews across priority omnichannel retailers and identify recurring themes, content gaps, or potential product page issues.
  • Support review tracking, reporting, and escalation of notable trends or concerns to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Support review seeding efforts via BazaarVoice for Omnichannel and Yogi for monitoring Amazon.
Digital Shelf Content Support
  • Partner with internal art department to provide direction versioning out retailer specific creative (Primarily Walmart).
  • Support the development and maintenance of retailer-ready digital shelf content, including product copy, images, enhanced content inputs, and retailer-specific updates.
  • Help maintain accurate, complete, and brand-aligned product content across priority non-Amazon and omnichannel retailer platforms.
  • Assist with content refreshes, item updates, new item setup support, and routine digital shelf maintenance activities as needed.
  • Follow established brand, retailer, and digital shelf standards to help improve product detail page accuracy, completeness, and content quality.
Cross-Functional Coordination and Reporting
  • Partner with the Senior eComm Manager, Sales, Marketing, agencies, and digital shelf platform/vendor partners to complete assigned content and catalog tasks.
  • Maintain organized trackers, documentation, and status updates to support visibility into content readiness, ticket status, retailer issues, and optimization priorities.
Additional Content and Digital Shelf Support
  • Support ongoing content and digital shelf optimization needs as assigned.
  • Assist with content audits, issue tracking, asset checks, and retailer page reviews to identify updates or corrections needed.
  • Help document learnings, recurring issues, and process improvements that support stronger content execution across retailers.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience with or willingness to learn content syndication and digital shelf platform Salsify.

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, eCommerce, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
  • 1โ€“2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital content, catalog management, marketing, sales support, or a related CPG/retail environment preferred.
  • Prior experience using Syndigo for content syndication, catalog management, product setup, item maintenance, or retailer content submissions.
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central and/or Walmart Item 360 strongly preferred; experience with additional retailer portals such as Target, CVS, Walgreens, Kroger, Dollar General, or Costco a plus, or willingness to learn.

Basic understanding of digital shelf content, product detail pages, product copy, digital assets, enhanced content, and ratings and reviews preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with product data, spreadsheets, content trackers, retailer requirements, issue-management workflows, and edits to creative assets.
  • Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and task-management skills, with the ability to support assigned projects from intake through completion.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, agency partners, retailer support teams, and platform vendors.
  • Proactive, curious, and willing to learn new systems, processes, retailer requirements, and digital shelf best practices.
Travel: 5% ability to travel via car, plane, rail. LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Work Hours:

Salary Range:

$85,000 - $105,000 annually
