BrightStar Care of Westfield is seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to expand our referral network throughout the community. If you’re a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys meeting people, opening doors, and helping others, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career with unlimited earning potential.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop new referral sources including hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, and senior organizations
  • Build lasting relationships through face-to-face visits, presentations, networking events, and Lunch & Learns
  • Promote BrightStar Care’s private duty and skilled nursing services
  • Generate new business through prospecting, community outreach, phone calls, email, and networking
  • Maintain relationships with existing referral partners and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure an outstanding client experience
  • Track activity and referrals in our CRM
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and growth goals

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of outside sales or business development experience
  • Healthcare, home care, hospice, medical sales, or senior living experience preferred
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
