Job description

Gastro Health is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team!

Duties you will be responsible for:

    • Providingadministrativesupport to providers and care center coordinators.
    • Handling office ad-hoc duties such as maintaining schedules, preparing and mailing pt results letters, updating and sending out recall letters, scanning and indexing of reports and encounter forms
    • Scanning of billing charges to RCM team, distributing results and appt requests from the fax press,
    • Assisting the care coordinators and manager with overflow work as needed by the care center.
    • Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Computer skills required.
    • Looking for part-time work 15-20hrs a week. This job is in-person, not remote.

    Minimum Requirements

      • High school diploma or GED equivalent
