TRC Talent Solutions is recruiting an Electrical Engineering Manager for one of our premier manufacturing clients. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity and one of the company's most urgent hires. We're seeking an experienced engineering leader who can successfully guide a multidisciplinary team while driving engineering execution, technical excellence, and on-time project delivery.

This is not a working manager role. The ideal candidate will have a strong Electrical Engineering background with proven experience leading engineering teams, mentoring technical talent, managing priorities, and ensuring deliverables are met across multiple concurrent programs.

What You'll Do

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team of approximately 10 engineers, including:

Electrical Designers

Systems Engineers

FPGA Engineer

Manage engineering workloads, priorities, and project schedules across 710 active programs.

Forecast engineering resources and ensure projects remain on schedule.

Aerospace or Defense industry

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a technical engineering leader first, not simply a project manager. This person should understand the engineering work well enough to lead the team, remove roadblocks, make informed technical decisions, and hold the organization accountable for meeting deliverables. Strong organizational skills, leadership presence, and the ability to balance multiple priorities are essential.

If you're an experienced engineering leader ready to build high-performing teams and drive the successful delivery of advanced electronic systems, apply today through TRC Talent Solutions.
