ABOUT OUR AGENCY:Our agency has been proudly serving the Rosedale community since 2005, and this year marks 20 incredible years as a State Farm agent. Before opening my agency, I earned my bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics from C.W. Post Long Island University and spent 13 years working for a State Farm agent in Nesconset, NY. I loved helping customers with their insurance and financial service needs so much that I decided to build my own agency.
Outside the office, I'm grateful for my wonderful family - my wife Rosa, to whom I've been married for 26 years, our son Thomas who proudly serves as a U.S. Marine, and our daughter Delia, currently in her third year at LIU.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Anthony Petrozzella - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
