This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the Philippines with no in-office requirements. You must be available five days per week during designated work hours. The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. This may include adjustments to on-site requirements or schedule expectations, as necessary.

Position Overview

This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and usability of sales and marketing data to support effective go-to-market strategies. It works closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality account and contact records, identify and add new target contacts, and remove or merge duplicates to improve system health. The position focuses on delivering reliable data that enables precise targeting for marketing campaigns and sales efforts. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to data quality, and the ability to act with urgency to support business goals.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Revenue Operations and broader Go-to-Market teams to understand their data needs and priorities.
  • Maintain clear and organized documentation and operating procedures for future reference.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and primary point of contact for the Data Steward team, helping to resolve conflicts and disputes, and ensure appropriate updates are made in our CRM.
  • Support distribution of work amongst the team, ensuring workloads are even.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and integrity of the data by performing regular audits and validations
  • Generate SFDC daily/weekly SFDC reporting to track completed work and provide project completion estimates.
  • Collect data from various sources such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn, job and company websites, and various other third-party sources. Review the data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Use the collected data to enrich the existing B2B database. This may involve adding missing information, deactivating invalid contacts/accounts, and standardizing data formats. removing/merging duplicates.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and integrity of the data by performing regular audits and validations
  • Perform critical research to resolve/merge duplicate account and contact records within Salesforce.com
  • Will be a key contributor to defining data sets that support sales and marketing campaigns

Education and Experience

  • Proficient with Salesforce.com, including standard sales cloud objects (particularly Lead, Contact, Account) and reporting.
  • Experience with data aggregation tools like ZoomInfo & Apollo and how to source company and contact information.
  • 8-12 years of experience in similar role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a strong sense of ownership around data being managed accurately
  • Demonstrated experience in generating operating procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS office, particularly, advanced knowledge and working experience in Excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities
  • Experience generating and managing large data sets
