What’s the Role

A Data Entry Clerk – Bilingual is responsible for entering data and making changes to existing data figures in our digital databases. Duties include entering data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating multiple spreadsheets to track data, collecting information and entering it into the system, and checking their work to ensure data has been entered correctly. Because our workforce includes both English- and Spanish-speaking team members, bilingual fluency is essential to communicate instructions, paperwork, and updates clearly across the warehouse floor.


Requirements:

What You’ll Own

• Create and organize spreadsheets to track important information, transferring data from hard copies and source documents (numerical and text-based) into digital databases quickly and efficiently

• Update database records and organize existing spreadsheet data on an ongoing basis

• Check stale or deficient data for errors and make necessary corrections to the records

• Search and investigate information contained in files, and perform regular database backups to protect data

• Operate common office equipment, such as scanners, printers, and scales

• Sort and organize hard copies of documentation after data is entered electronically

• Provide administrative and data entry support across departments, including special projects requiring large volumes of data entry

• Other duties as assigned


What You Bring

• High School Diploma or Technical Degree

• Knowledge of manufacturing systems, including BOMs, routes, capacity, work orders, inventory control, and shop floor control

• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines within specified time constraints

• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective work in a team environment

• Ability to use a computer, including Microsoft Office applications

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, written and verbal
