Job Summary
The Coordinator, Program Accreditation & Development, under direction, supports accreditation and continuous improvement processes within the A.R. Sanchez, Jr. School of Business. The role serves as a key liaison between the Sanchez School, AACSB, and institutional offices, supporting accreditation readiness and program quality. The coordinator is responsible for coordinating accreditation and assessment processes, managing data and documentation, and supporting alignment with AACSB standards and institutional requirements (e.g., SACSCOC). The Sanchez School has maintained AACSB accreditation since 2002, reflecting its commitment to high-quality teaching, research, and continuous improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain working knowledge of AACSB and SACSCOC accreditation standards through ongoing professional development and training as directed by the Dean.
  • Support the implementation and day-to-day operation of the School's accreditation and assessment system, including electronic records and databases (e.g., Interfolio, HelioCampus).
  • Coordinate the collection, validation, and reporting of assessment and program evaluation data to support accreditation and review processes.
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of Continuous Improvement Review (CIR) reports and related accreditation documentation, based on direction provided by academic leadership.
  • Support the integration of accreditation standards into program-level processes by ensuring required documentation, timelines, and reporting elements are maintained.
  • Maintain and administer a structured reporting system to facilitate the timely and accurate submission of accreditation reports.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to support accreditation, assessment, and strategic planning efforts.
  • Administer stakeholder surveys (e.g., Qualtrics, Blackboard), compile results, and support accreditation-related communications with internal and external stakeholders, as directed.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities
  • This position is responsible for ensuring consistent execution and documentation of accreditation processes in alignment with guidance from academic leadership.

Minimum Requirements
  • Education - Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, psychology, communication, English, or a related field emphasizing critical thinking and the effective transmission of information and ideas.
  • Experience - Two years of experience in higher education administration, quality assurance, data-driven compliance, or a related field.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Knowledge and Abilities
Knowledge of:
  • Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data analysis tools such as Tableau or similar platforms.

Ability to:
  • Multitask and work cooperatively with others.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service skills.

Preferred Knowledge and Abilities
  • Effectively convey information, ideas, and messages through speaking and writing.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy, including record keeping.
