Job description

Feastables is on a mission to create the world's most engaging brand. As the CPG industry teeters on the edge of transformation, trust has shifted from traditional corporate giants to innovative individual creators. With the backing of MrBeast, the world's most influential creator, and our unwavering commitment to transparency and superior quality, we are strategically positioned to become the go-to snacking brand for future generations.
At the heart of our ethos is the belief that anything is possible. This belief ignites our innovation and drives us to push boundaries. It's what enables us to deliver incredible products and unique, engaging experiences that keep our fans and customers coming back for more.
Though recognized for our chocolate bars, our vision goes beyond a single product category. We aim to offer a diverse product range, each item tailored to meet our customers' unique tastes and needs. Regardless of the variety, all of our products share a common trait - the guarantee of quality and fun that Feastables is known for.
We're not just building a brand; we're crafting a legacy and just getting started. We are charting an unprecedented path, at an unbelievable velocity, and seeking extraordinary individuals to help us shape the next iconic global brand. Together, we will build something truly remarkable that will resonate with customers worldwide and stand the test of time.
Role Overview
Feastables is building a modern CPG brand at scale, where data is critical to how the business plans, operates, and grows. This role sits at the center of that effort, enabling Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial teams to make decisions using accurate, reliable, and scalable analytics.
The Senior Analytics Engineer is responsible for building and maintaining the core data workflows that support demand planning, supply pacing, and business performance tracking. This role translates complex business processes into structured, production-ready data systems that teams rely on daily.
The Role
This is a senior individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of analytics systems. The role owns ingestion, transformation, and visualization of critical datasets across Databricks and Tableau, supporting core business functions including Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial operations.
The role operates independently, makes technical decisions, and sets standards for analytics engineering within the Feastables domain. While there is no people management, the role requires strong ownership, cross-functional partnership, and responsibility for systems that are critical to company operations.
What You'll Do
  • Own end-to-end ingestion of Feastables' demand plan into Databricks and Tableau
  • Maintain and improve demand cascade logic from customer-level to retailer-level
  • Manage unit conversions and product mappings across finished goods, cases, pallets, and materials
  • Ensure demand data is accurate, timely, and consumable by downstream supply chain tools
  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines in Databricks using Python and SQL
  • Manage ingestion from multiple sources including retailer APIs (Walmart, Target, Kroger), ERP systems (NetSuite), and Azure Blob Storage file drops
  • Own data table design, transformations, and performance optimization at scale (~2M records/day)
  • Improve reliability, documentation, and resilience of data pipelines
  • Build and maintain Tableau dashboards for financial pacing, forecast vs actuals, POS performance, supply chain scorecards, MRP, and COGS/margin analysis
  • Ensure dashboards are accurate, performant, well-documented, and trusted as a source of truth
  • Design clean, well-modeled datasets to support self-service analytics
  • Own quarterly Fair Trade reporting, including sales data extraction and enrichment with country-of-origin and royalty attributes
  • Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, auditable, and delivered on schedule
  • Set best practices for analytics engineering, documentation, and data quality
  • Partner with data leaders across the company on standards, tooling, and architecture
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, improve cost efficiency, and modernize the data stack
What You'll Bring
  • 6+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, or BI roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL, DBT, Python, and Tableau
  • Experience working with cloud data platforms, with Databricks strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to own end-to-end analytics systems from ingestion through executive dashboards
  • Experience supporting CPG, retail, supply chain, or manufacturing analytics
  • Experience working with imperfect data and evolving business processes
  • Experience with Azure and GCP, including Blob Storage, Data Factory, or BigQuery
  • Experience with POS data, retailer APIs, and ERP systems such as NetSuite
  • Familiarity with MRP, demand planning, or inventory management concepts
  • Experience operating at scale with high-volume datasets

Why Feastables?
We believe in transparency - not just in our ingredients, but in how we hire. When making compensation decisions, we consider many factors like role level, market data, location, and relevant experience and skills. For this role, we expect the annual base salary to fall between $130,000-$160,000.
Beyond salary, we offer a thriving culture where you'll have interesting problems to solve with the autonomy you need to make a difference. And, of course, we have the perks/benefits to enable you to do your best work.
  • Competitive Salary
  • 100% employer paid option for medical, dental, and vision
  • 401(k) with an employer match
  • 11 company paid holidays
  • Unlimited PTO policy
  • Delicious chocolate & snacks of course!
