Job description

Overview
DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking an experienced Senior Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Analyst (Senior Web Administrator LCAT) to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Critical Infrastructure Information Sharing Environment (CI-ISE) and Homeland Security Information Network-Critical Infrastructure (HSIN-CI) Program Support Services.
The Senior Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Analyst will support data analytics, performance measurement, dashboarding, reporting, and the development of actionable insights that enable CISA to evaluate platform effectiveness and mission outcomes. This individual will help establish and maintain performance metrics and reporting frameworks and transform program and platform data into meaningful information for Government decision-makers.
The successful candidate will bring significant data analytics or business intelligence experience, including hands-on experience supporting dashboards, reporting, performance metrics, and data visualization.
This position is hybrid in Arlington, Virginia.

Duties & Responsibilities
The Senior Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Analyst will:
  • Perform data analysis and visualization supporting CI-ISE and HSIN-CI program operations.
  • Develop and maintain program performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
  • Analyze available program, platform, stakeholder, and operational data to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Support performance measurement and assessment of program effectiveness.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting products using business intelligence tools.
  • Support recurring Government reporting requirements and performance reviews.
  • Track and report key performance indicators and program outcomes.
  • Translate quantitative and qualitative information into actionable insights for Government decision-making.
  • Support identification of process improvements and updated best practices based on performance data.
  • Collaborate with program management, technical, platform, and stakeholder engagement personnel to identify meaningful measures of program performance.
  • Support data-driven evidence of program success and continuous improvement.
  • Develop clear visualizations and reporting products appropriate for Government and executive-level audiences.

Qualifications
Clearance Requirement
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience
  • Minimum of five years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
  • Minimum of three years supporting reporting, dashboards, or performance metrics

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Data analysis and visualization
  • Development of performance metrics and reporting frameworks
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for decision-making
