IronMountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Web Administrator to lead the data analytics, business intelligence, and reporting initiatives for the DHS CISA CI-ISE and HSIN-CI platforms. This role is a heavily data-driven position focused on tracking user experience (UX), measuring outreach success, building Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards, and turning platform data into actionable insights for CISA leadership
Job Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex datasets to track, measure, and report on platform user engagement, task completion rates, and stakeholder outreach metrics.
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain dynamic KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks using Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Translate raw platform, web, and user data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for CISA decision-makers.
  • Track platform analytics to ensure the program meets aggressive PWS performance targets, including a 20% increase in user engagement and a 15% improvement in task completion rates.
  • Measure the success of outreach campaigns, tracking the engagement of new stakeholders and overall stakeholder satisfaction ratings (targeting a 4.0/5.0).
  • Perform regular data quality audits to ensure data accuracy, structure, and searchability within the HSIN-CI environments.

Required Skills, Competencies and Abilities:
  • Advanced skills in data analysis, data mining, and data visualization.
  • Expertise in the development of performance metrics, reporting frameworks, and executive-level summaries.
  • Proficiency configuring and managing business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
  • Proven ability to translate raw data into actionable insights for high-level decision-making.

Experience and Technical Knowledge (REQUIRED):
  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting reporting, building dashboards, and tracking performance metrics..
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; use tools or controls; normal physical activity (reach with hands and arms; climb stairs); and communicate effectively with all levels of employees and leadership. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 25 pounds.

Education and General experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Security Clearance Requirements:
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a DHS Suitability / Public Trust or Entry on Duty (EOD) approval. Per federal requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this level of clearance.
