CVS Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support its nationwide Vaccination Initiative. The RN will administer Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other routine immunizations in a retail pharmacy setting while providing exceptional patient care, education, and clinical support.
Minimum Requirements- Active, unrestricted RN License
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, including immunization/vaccination experience
- Current BLS Certification
- Experience administering all routine vaccines (Flu, COVID, MMR, etc.)
- Excellent patient communication and customer service skills
- Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- High School Diploma/GED (verification required)
- Administer Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other CDC-recommended vaccines
- Perform patient screening and assess vaccination eligibility
- Educate patients regarding vaccines, side effects, and post-vaccination care
- Accurately document immunizations and maintain patient records
- Follow CDC, state, and CVS vaccination protocols
- Ensure proper vaccine storage, handling, and infection control practices
- Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care in a fast-paced retail clinic
