The ideal candidate will have experience in data management within the utility or construction industry and be adept at handling large data sets with precision. Strong cross-functional communication skills and experience coordinating with multiple teams are highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management & Accuracy:
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data within internal systems.
    • Regularly update databases and track tasks with precision.
    • Troubleshoot data entry issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
    • Identify and submit database change requests as needed.
  • Planning & Coordination:
    • Read and interpret construction drawings to understand the scope of work.
    • Coordinate both internally and externally to ensure compliance with project requirements.
    • Assist in planning project deliverables and ensuring adherence to deadlines.
    • Support the tracking and reporting of permit applications and approvals.
  • Process Documentation & Improvement:
    • Develop and update process maps using Visio.
    • Create and maintain work procedures to ensure data integrity and compliance.
    • Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Project Execution & Monitoring:
    • Track project deliverables per contract and customer requirements.
    • Assist in monitoring project goals and deadlines using tracking tools such as Jira.
    • Provide support in internal and external project communication.
  • Data & Reporting:
    • Conduct analytics reporting and provide project-specific Excel support (VLOOKUP, COUNTIFS/SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, Queries).
    • Compile and analyze data to generate reports for internal teams and clients.
    • Ensure customer data is accurately generated, tracked, and delivered per contractual requirements.
  • Training & Team Support:
    • Assist in developing and implementing training programs.
    • Provide guidance to team members on project tasks and deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple data sets. Proficiency in Jira, Visio, and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Queries). Experience in data management, accuracy tracking, and compliance. Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively across teams and stakeholders. Nice to have: Experience in the utility or construction industry. Familiarity with permit applications and compliance tracking. GIS analytics experience is a plus.
