Alstar Group of Companies Ltd. is seeking an experienced Pipe Fabrication Crew Foreman who is driven, passionate about their work, and excels in leading large teams in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

What We're Looking For From You - If This Describes You, We'd Love to Meet!

  • 3+ years of leadership and supervisory experience is an asset
  • Journeyman Welder with B Pressure ticket is an asset
  • Hold valid CSO, Intermediate First Aid, Fall Protection, & WHMIS
  • Pipe Fabrication experience is required
  • Train welders hands-on in pipe welding (FCAW/GMAW), pipe fitting, and spool work
  • Use solid shop experience to teach proper fit-up, layout, and fabrication practices
  • Bring a practical, problem-solving mindset with creative workflow solutions
  • Ability to see and manage the flow of fabrication from start to finish
  • Demonstrated drive and a genuine desire to work and lead by example
  • Strong knowledge of pipe schedules, fittings, and fabrication flow
  • Must be proficient in reading and interpreting isometric drawings accurately
  • Possess excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly, and collaborating effectively with various teams
