We're looking for an organized and motivated Social Media & Content Specialist to help bring that vision to life across our channels. In this role, you'll support the day-to-day execution of social media content, help coordinate content creation across global destinations, and assist in distributing stories that showcase our brand and experiences.

Think: creating scroll-stopping content, tapping into the right influencers and creators, and building activation strategies that hit in the fast-moving travel and adventure space.This is a great opportunity for someone who's detail-oriented, creative, and excited to grow in the fast-paced travel and adventure space.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Social Media Strategy & Activation

  • Collaborate on the annual social strategy, aligned with global brand objectives;

  • Own and execute monthly social content planning and deployment, including key brand moments, social trends, and always-on programming;

  • Activate paid and organic amplification strategies across social platforms;

  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Brand, PR, Partnerships, DOO Studio) to achieve social activations;

  • Act as the gatekeeper of social channels, providing guidance to outfitters, managing collaboration requests, and ensuring all co-created content meets brand standards;

Social Media Content Creation

  • Own the end-to-end content production process, from photoshoot briefing to assets delivery;

  • Coordinate with content creators and partners on timelines, asset management, and delivery to keep content pieces on track and within scope;

  • Identify and test new content formats and emerging trends to continuously evolve and elevate content performance;

  • Occasionally create or edit social-first content to support real-time needs and opportunities.

Social Media Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc performance reports using dashboards, platform insights, and structured analysis;

  • Monitor social, cultural, and platform trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations;

  • Provide data-driven strategic input to refine content approach and strengthen the brand narrative.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field;

  • 2-4 years of experience managing social media for brands, with a strong focus on social-first content creation and storytelling;

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end content production, from briefing partners to final asset delivery;

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to integrated marketing campaigns and communications;

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities effectively;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;

  • Ability to create basic content assets using tools like Canva (an asset);

  • Passion for adventure, with a strong interest in the travel and powersports space; motivated to build deep knowledge of BRP products.
