Summary
Real Estate Agent
Giving Group Realty is seeking a Real Estate Agent to serve buyers and sellers across Clark County and Southwest Washington. You may guide first-time buyers, assist homeowners preparing to sell, or help clients relocating to the area. No matter the client's needs, you'll have the benefit of proven systems, team support, and resources to help you succeed.
We believe agents need more than a commission plan to build a lasting business. That's why we provide training, coaching, marketing, technology, and administrative assistance-allowing you to focus on serving clients rather than managing every operational detail alone.
What You'll Do
  • Guide buyers through each stage of the home-purchasing process
  • Advise sellers on preparation, pricing, marketing, and offer negotiations
  • Develop lasting client relationships and maintain contact beyond closing
  • Follow up with leads and generate business through networking, referrals, relationships, and community involvement
  • Monitor local market conditions and help clients make well-informed decisions
  • Collaborate with agents and support staff to serve clients and keep transactions progressing smoothly
What We Provide
  • Lead opportunities and systems for maintaining consistent client communication
  • Training, coaching, and accountability through PLACE
  • Marketing, transaction coordination, and administrative support
  • CRM, AI, and other technology tools for organization and follow-up
  • A collaborative environment where agents can share knowledge and learn together
  • Resources and guidance to help you build a sustainable real estate business
What We're Looking For
  • An active Washington real estate license
  • A genuine desire to help people achieve their real estate goals
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Openness to learning, coaching, and established systems
  • Dependability, organization, and a strong work ethic
  • A team-focused mindset and interest in contributing to the local community
About Giving Group Realty
Based in Battle Ground, Giving Group Realty serves clients throughout Clark County and Southwest Washington. We are affiliated with Keller Williams Premier Partners and partnered with PLACE, providing agents with access to advanced systems, technology, training, and support while giving them the opportunity to build their own client relationships and business.
If you're seeking a supportive team where you can continue developing your skills, collaborate with other professionals, and rely on strong behind-the-scenes support, we'd love to connect with you.
Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships. You have a compelling desire to support others, while being committed to your growth in real estate and leadership skills.
  • People oriented
  • Positive, happy attitude
  • Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in their car
  • Ability to analyze clients' needs and wants and match them to homes
  • Learning based
  • Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
  • High school graduate
  • Real estate license (currently licensed in Washington or Oregon/prepping for your license test)
