Location: Remote
Compensation: $60-$90/hour (Consulting / Contract)
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Talent & Development Project Manager to support leadership in driving impactful learning and development initiatives across the organization. This is a remote consulting opportunity ideal for someone who blends strong project management expertise with a deep understanding of human resources and talent development.
This individual will play a key role in building structure, consistency, and scalable processes across training programs, leadership development, and organizational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leadership to design and execute learning and development initiatives
  • Build and manage project timelines, ensuring alignment, accountability, and on-time delivery
  • Establish consistent project management frameworks and standard practices across talent development efforts
  • Support the creation and rollout of manager training programs and leadership development initiatives
  • Develop and manage communication plans to ensure alignment across stakeholders
  • Drive operational excellence by helping teams become more structured, efficient, and scalable
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and business leaders to align development strategies with business goals
  • Identify opportunities to improve and formalize talent development processes and programs
  • Support implementation of tools, systems, or frameworks that enhance learning delivery and tracking

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within HR, Talent Development, or Learning & Development
  • Strong understanding of human resources functions and organizational development
  • Experience supporting or building training programs, leadership development, or L&D initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to create and manage project plans, timelines, and communication strategies
  • Experience driving process improvement and standardization
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
  • Consulting or contract experience preferred

Preferred Experience
  • Background in instructional design, talent development strategy, or organizational effectiveness
  • Experience supporting manager training programs or leadership enablement initiatives
  • Familiarity with L&D tools, LMS platforms, or HR systems
  • Experience working in scaling or high-growth environments
