Job description

About the Role
Hinge Health is looking for an experienced, mission-driven Senior Product Manager to join our consumer product team. In this role, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of a high-impact consumer product surface, focusing on creating deeply personalized and engaging experiences for our members.
As a Senior PM, you will be a leader within the product organization, working closely with cross-functional partners in engineering, design, and clinical teams to deliver innovative solutions at scale. This role requires a "product crafter" mindset-someone who can balance experimentation with long-term strategic thinking.
What makes you a great fit
  1. Product Intuition: You notice subtle things about products and people, anticipating non-obvious user problems and identifying opportunities for delight.
  2. Strategic Ownership: You operate with a CEO-like sense of ownership, taking complete accountability for your product area's performance and outcomes.
  3. Ambiguity Navigator: You thrive in entrepreneurial environments, developing high-quality hypotheses and moving work forward even when success is not yet well-defined.
  4. Collaborative Leader: You serve as an advocate for your engineering and design counterparts, providing clear direction and context to drive productive collaboration.
  5. Metrics & Experimentation: You have a strong aptitude for A/B experimentation and a track record of optimizing key product metrics, using data to drive informed decisions and measurable outcomes.

What You'll Accomplish
  • Define Product Vision: Take a major role in defining the product vision, strategy, and objectives for your product area.
  • Drive Engagement: Own the roadmap for consumer-facing features that drive user engagement, retention, and clinical outcomes.
  • Ship at Scale: Ship high-quality features within a cross-functional pod, working directly with executives as the voice of your team.
  • Metric Accountability: Establish success metrics and use both quantitative and qualitative data to adjust strategy mid-flight.

Basic Qualifications
  • Experience: 5-7+ years of product management experience, specifically in consumer-facing features and personalized user experiences.
  • Data Rigor: Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize lifecycle metrics (engagement, retention); experience in single hypothesis-driven testing and experimental design.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills, with a proven ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional partners.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare experience: Experience in digital product development within the healthcare, fitness, or mind-body therapy space
