Job description

One of our clients is seeking a Construction Project Manager / Construction PM to oversee and manage commercial and residential construction projects!


This is a full time, direct hire opportunity where you will earn up to $120,000 per year based on your experience. Plus enjoy an excellent benefits package!


Some of your responsibilities as Construction Project Manager include ensuring projects are delivered timely and within budget as well as:


  • Managing all phases of construction projects
  • Coordinating with superintendents, architects, engineers and more
  • All aspects of the project, schedules and contracts
  • Ensuring compliance
  • Providing regular project updates


To qualify, you must have strong knowledge of construction methods. As well as the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related
  • Experience as Construction PM
  • Ability to read/interpret plans, specs and contracts
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling and budgeting
  • Proficiency with project management and scheduling software
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong leadership skills
