The Senior Program Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving program governance, executive reporting, and cross-functional execution across complex initiatives. This role provides oversight of program plans, goals, deliverables, and performance metrics while ensuring alignment among stakeholders and leadership teams. The ideal candidate combines strong PMO operations expertise with analytical problem-solving skills to transform complex data into actionable insights, executive dashboards, readiness indicators, and business recommendations.

Working independently on moderate to highly complex initiatives, the Senior Program Manager establishes governance frameworks, reporting rhythms, KPIs, and executive communications that support informed decision-making. The role requires exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to influence without direct authority, driving accountability and alignment across multiple teams to achieve program objectives.


Responsibilities
  • Completes moderate to complex problems and takes a new perspective on existing solutions plan and goals.
  • Works independently on most issues.
  • Provides direction on overall program plan and goals.
  • Responsible for most/all deliverables within the program implementation plan.
  • Communicates findings and recommendations to various levels of management.
  • Develops budget forecasts, conducts analysis in support of identifying budget variances and develops solutions to address.
  • Develops new and ad-hoc reports, summarizes findings and recommendations and provides business insight.

  • 6 years of related experience or equivalent
