Warehouse Supervisor – Full-Time

At K&B Ace Hardware, we're more than a hardware store—we're your neighbors. As a locally owned and operated business, helping our community is our top priority. Our Warehouse Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring products are received, organized, and available so our customers have everything they need to complete their projects.

If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy staying active in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to have you on our team. Previous warehouse or hardware experience is a plus, but it's not required. We provide comprehensive training and are committed to helping you develop new skills and build a long-term career. Many of our leaders started in entry-level positions, and we believe in promoting from within whenever possible. Work hours are Monday through Friday 6 a.m. to 3 p.m.

What You'll Do
  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments accurately using handheld and computer inventory systems.
  • Organize merchandise in the warehouse and outdoor storage areas.
  • Safely operate a forklift (training and certification provided if needed).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and lumber yard.
  • Assist customers with loading merchandise and services such as propane exchanges and refills.
  • Work closely with the sales floor to ensure merchandise is stocked and available.
  • Take initiative to solve problems and support the team wherever needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly and safely operate warehouse equipment.
  • Basic computer and math skills.
Why Join K&B Ace Hardware?

We value work-life balance by posting schedules three weeks in advance and communicating clearly with our team. Full-time associates receive competitive pay, merit-based bonus opportunities, employee discounts, paid sick leave, a Simple IRA with company matching, tuition reimbursement, paid holidays and vacation, and health and dental insurance contributions.

At K&B Ace Hardware, you'll do more than manage inventory—you'll help keep our store running, support your teammates, and make a difference in the community every day. K&B Ace Hardware is an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains a drug-free workplace.

We are your local hardware store and we are a part of your community. Ace Hardware has over 5,000 stores around the world with the majority of those stores independently owned and operated by local entrepreneurs. These hard working men and women are part of the fabric of your community. They are small business owners who are local and loyal...just like it ought to be. While others have become large and impersonal, at Ace, we've remained small and very personal. That's why we say a visit to Ace, is like a visit to your neighbor.
