Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with shipping carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
  • Generate shipping labels and invoices using relevant software
  • Track and update shipment status to ensure timely delivery
  • Daily KPI & Container data entry
  • Handle administrative related task. This includes all administrative issues related to ordering office supplies, contacting vendors and landlords, etc.
  • Assist in inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution
  • Assist with scanning daily outbound orders by using a scan gun
  • Assist with labeling orders

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not required
  • Computer literate; Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Able to learn and be Proficient in using warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and physically demanding warehouse environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English is a MUST, or Spanish and English is a MUST.
