Job description

Job Title: Warehouse Associate-PDC
Reports to: Corporate Procurement Manager
Department: Parts

We live that statement every single day. We are looking for a Warehouse Associate at our Parts Distribution Center (PDC) to help support that mission.
JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by ensuring accurate inventory, efficient product flow, and timely distribution of parts to company branches and customers. This role requires a dependable, self-motivated individual who can work independently in a startup warehouse environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Receive, inspect, and stock inventory from stock orders and corporate purchase orders.
  • Process and distribute inventory to branch locations.
  • Pick, pack, and ship branch transfers, emergency orders, and direct customer shipments.
  • Maintain warehouse organization, bin locations, and inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor and replenish shipping and warehouse supplies.
  • Identify, photograph, and list obsolete inventory for online sale, including researching product fitment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
  • Assist with physical inventories, warehouse improvements, and process enhancements.
  • Complete receiving, shipping, and inventory documentation accurately.
  • Work closely with Purchasing, Inventory Control, Transportation, and branch personnel to support daily operations.
  • Follow all company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
  • Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
  • Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely in a warehouse environment.
  • Previous parts experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

WORK CONDITIONS
Physical Demands/Work Environment:
This position regularly requires walking, standing, sitting, stooping, bending, kneeling and climbing stairs. It also often requires pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting 50+ lbs. and working in a variety of weather conditions and noise levels.
