Job Summary
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of our 15,000-square-foot warehouse, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse organization. This role ensures timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy and coordinates with internal departments and occasional temporary workers to support overall operational efficiency.
 
Responsibilities
1.    Support daily warehouse operations, include loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, and inventory management
2.    Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping according to customer orders and packing lists
3.    Operate and ensure the safe use of warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks
4.    Restack, wrap, and secure pallets for safe storage and outbound shipments
5.    Perform routine inventory audits and monthly physical inventory counts; investigate and reconcile discrepancies
6.    Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and overall safety standards
7.    Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with office staff regarding replenishment needs and inventory concerns
8.    Maintain accurate inbound and outbound shipping documentation and inventory records
9.    Identify damaged goods or operational issues and implement corrective actions when necessary
10.   Assist in developing and enforcing warehouse procedures, operational standards, and safety protocols to improve efficiency and regulatory compliance
11.   Coordinate effectively with logistics providers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations
12.   Monitor warehouse equipment maintenance and ensure all machinery is operated safely and properly
13.   Assist with warehouse layout planning, storage optimization, and continuous process improvement initiatives
14.   Support management with operational reporting, workflow coordination, and other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications 
· Valid forklift certification and hands-on forklift operating experience required
·  Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations and inventory management experience required
·  High school diploma or equivalent required
·  Experience with shipping documentation, inventory tracking, and warehouse organization
·  Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems for inventory and reporting purposes
·  Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet shipping deadlines
·  Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs and move warehouse materials as needed
·  Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus

Compensation 
· Starting Pay: $28.85 – $32.00/hour (approximately $60,000 – $66,500 annually) based on experience
