About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized Warehouse Manager to lead our apparel decoration team. In this role, you will own full operational responsibility for the warehouse — directing associates and supervisors, driving workflow strategy, and ensuring orders move efficiently from receipt to shipment. You'll set the standard for how the warehouse runs day to day and report performance and improvement plans directly to company leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, hire, evaluate, and manage warehouse associates and supervisors, including performance reviews and disciplinary decisions
  • Set overall workflow priorities and production planning to meet deadlines and customer expectations
  • Design and implement warehouse floor layout, process improvements, and capacity planning to maximize space and efficiency
  • Own the supply and inventory budget; manage reorder points, cost control, and purchasing decisions
  • Build, negotiate, and manage vendor relationships and contracts, resolving escalated issues
  • Oversee outbound shipment operations via UPS and ShipStation, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and cost efficiency
  • Evaluate, select, and implement warehouse software and systems as operational needs evolve
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant warehouse environment, including safety training and OSHA compliance
  • Lead onboarding, training, and development programs for warehouse team members
  • Communicate operational performance, risks, and improvement plans directly to company leadership

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of warehouse or logistics management/supervisory experience required
  • Proven experience hiring, managing, and developing a team
  • Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, or contract negotiations preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Comfortable with general computer and software use; able to quickly learn and evaluate new systems
  • Experience with UPS shipping and ShipStation a plus — willingness to learn required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a team-first attitude
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift

Compensation & Details

  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried (Exempt)
  • Location: Denton, North Carolina
  • Pay: Competitive, based on experience
