USA Renovations is seeking a dependable, highly organized, and hands-on Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operations, inventory, tools, and equipment.

This is not a desk-only management position. We need someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment, maintaining an organized warehouse, tracking company assets, preparing equipment and supplies for upcoming projects, and making sure our field teams have what they need to get the job done.

The right person will bring structure, accountability, and consistency to our warehouse operation while helping us reduce lost equipment, unnecessary purchases, missing supplies, and last-minute scrambling before crews leave for projects.

• Manage the day-to-day organization and operation of the warehouse.

• Maintain accurate inventory of tools, equipment, materials, and supplies.

• Track equipment and tools issued to employees and field crews.

• Check equipment in and out and maintain accountability for company assets.

• Prepare tools, equipment, and supplies for upcoming project mobilizations.

• Review upcoming project needs and ensure required items are ready before crews depart.

• Receive deliveries, verify quantities, and properly store incoming materials and supplies.

• Maintain minimum stock levels for frequently used supplies and consumable items.

• Identify when inventory needs to be reordered and communicate purchasing needs.

• Organize and label warehouse storage areas so materials and equipment can be located quickly.

• Inspect returned tools and equipment for damage, missing components, or required maintenance.

• Coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance for company tools and equipment.

• Keep damaged or unsafe equipment out of service until properly repaired.

• Maintain accurate records of equipment location, condition, and assignment.

• Help reduce lost, damaged, and unaccounted-for tools and equipment.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional warehouse environment.

• Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization, inventory controls, and operational efficiency.

• Work closely with Operations and Project Management to support field production needs.

A successful Warehouse Manager will create an operation where:

• Crews leave for projects with the correct tools, equipment, and supplies.

• Equipment can be quickly located and its assigned location is known.

• Inventory levels are accurate and shortages are identified before they become emergencies.

• Tools and equipment are returned, inspected, and made ready for the next project.

• Lost and unnecessary replacement purchases are reduced.

• The warehouse remains clean, organized, labeled, and easy to navigate.

• Project teams are not delayed because required equipment or materials were not prepared.

• Management has confidence in the accuracy of warehouse inventory and equipment records.

• Previous warehouse, inventory, construction, equipment, logistics, or operations experience preferred.

• Experience managing tools, equipment, or construction-related inventory is strongly preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Comfortable working with inventory tracking systems, spreadsheets, mobile applications, and basic computer software.

• Ability to establish and consistently follow processes.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Ability to identify problems and resolve them without requiring constant direction.

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities may change.

• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with office and field employees.

• Ability to safely lift, move, load, and organize tools, equipment, and materials associated with warehouse operations.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record may be required depending on job responsibilities.

Our field teams work on commercial construction projects in multiple locations, and warehouse readiness directly impacts our ability to execute those projects successfully.

When our warehouse is organized, equipment is properly maintained, and project materials are prepared ahead of time, our crews can focus on production instead of searching for tools or solving preventable equipment problems.
