We are seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Female Warehouse Manager / Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on position in a warm, respectful, and fulfilling environment.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory, packing, and order preparation
  • Enter orders, inventory, delivery information, and customer details into the computer system
  • Make local deliveries when needed
  • Communicate with customers warmly and professionally by phone
  • Receive shipments, inspect products, and keep the warehouse clean and organized
  • Help ensure all orders are accurate, prepared on time, and delivered promptly
  • Work closely with the team to keep daily operations running smoothly

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Must have a reliable personal vehicle available every day for local deliveries
